We were initially upset by the false advertising, but the tour was excellent and I think we were actually happier in the end having a guide to show us the really cool spots. There are no more companies allowed to simply rent out kayaks because otherwise the caves would be overcrowded. The guides do a good job of staggering their groups into the different caves for a better experience.…”
